I thought things will be rather smooth flowing for today as yesterday was rather quiet during work. How wrong can I be. I begin the day with 12 emails and some faxes. More and more telephone came as time pass. At 9am, Darlene and Rebecca were suppose to be in. However, Darlene was taken ill and took a day's MC. So only Rebecca and I were attending to the calls. There were so many calls that I did not have time to clear the faxes and the email at all. Jackie claimed one hour.
When she came in, I attended to the 14 emails I had in the inbox, followed by the faxes. Before I went for lunch, I cleared another 12 emails. I thought I would not be able to leave early already today. How wrong can I be again.
The office quietened down after lunch time. I managed to leave at 4pm sharp. Went to shop for the watch. Started off at Suntec City. Combed every single watch shop. Saw afew that was to my liking. But I thought of seeing all the other shops first before deciding on one. While shopping, Grace called me. Told me that I may not be able to attend the Effective Business Writing course as it clashes with Rebecca's and Darlene's course. I insisted on going though. In the end, she let me go. After SUntec City, headed to Marina Square next followed by Citylink.
When I wanted to go to Raffles City, Rebecca called me. She is leaving the office already and will be meeting me for dinner. Told her to meet me at City Chain at Marina Square as I decided to buy a watch from there already. It cost $155 you know my dear. After buying it, went to Seoul Garden for dinner.
Felt very very bloated after dinner. Headed for desert. After taking the ice-cream, I realised that they had ice-kacang as well. Decided to give the ice-cream a miss. Sorry Seoul Garden... Wasted 2 scopes of your ice-cream. Did not manage to finish the ice-kacang as well. Had a few mouthful and surrendered.
Went to look at accessories before heading home. Took the train with her till Hougang station and walked home from there. When I alighted from the train, I realised he messaged me. It was half an hour ago. Sorry dear... Did not felt the vibration. Was too engross talking to Rebecca then. He said he was very bored. I immediately called him. Talked to him for about 10 minutes. Talked while I walked home.
I took around 30 minutes to walk home. I decided to walk to the MRT station everyday and take the train to work. If I feel like it, I will also walk home from the MRT station after work.
Feel so happy that I bought the watch for him already. Though it is abit expensive, but I do not mind at all.
Going to bathe now... Then maybe will start to watch the VCD Rebecca lent me. Do not know the title of the show, do not know what the story is about. Hope it is nice though...
